Terms of Use

The rules for using the public Ohmatic website and its information.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public Ohmatic website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms do not replace a customer agreement, product terms, data processing agreement, order form, or other written agreement that may govern access to Ohmatic services.

2. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes.

  • Do not interfere with the website or attempt to bypass security.
  • Do not scrape, overload, probe, or test the site without permission.
  • Do not use the site to distribute malware, unlawful content, or spam.
  • Do not impersonate Ohmatic or misrepresent your relationship with us.

3. Applying for early access

The application form is a request to be considered for early access. Submitting it does not create an account, a licence, a contract, or an entitlement to use Ohmatic, and it does not oblige us to admit you. We decide who to admit and in what order, and we may close the programme or change how it works at any time.

Give accurate information and apply only for yourself or for an organisation you are authorised to represent. The questions after the contact details are optional and may be skipped without affecting your application. Anything you write there may inform how we build the product, so share only what you are free to share: keep confidential designs, client names, and commercially sensitive detail out of it.

How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Information is not professional advice

Website copy, examples, diagrams, verification descriptions, and other materials are provided for general information. They are not legal, safety, manufacturing, electrical-engineering, or other professional advice and do not replace review by a qualified engineer.

Do not rely on a marketing statement or a website demonstration as a production approval. Any product verdict must be used only under the applicable customer agreement and qualified human review.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content belong to Ohmatic or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable copies for internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the website without written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The website links to third-party services, including Cal.com for demo scheduling. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control or guarantee their availability, security, content, or processing practices.

The booking service’s policies are available at Cal.com Terms and Cal.com Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free from harmful components. We may change, suspend, or remove content or access without notice where reasonably necessary.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ohmatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms when the website or applicable law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to consumers under the law of their country.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ohmatic.ai.
